The screws are galvanized and the trim washers are stainless steel and they are sealed with clear silicone. The trim is aluminum and side trim is poplar wood with Marine varnish on it. It is skinned with FRP (Fiberglass reinforced Panel).
They Loved It! It is constructed with 3/4" plywood walls and floor and 1/4" plywood top. Only use was when my wife camped out in it for a night with a couple of our grandkids. This is great for weekend trips and such. I bought an RV during the time I was building this and the RV suits our needs better than the teardrop for long duration trips. The camper comes with a full one year warranty from the date of purchase. This little camper will give the owner many years of reliable service. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Very aerodynamic and can be towed by any vehicle, even a Smart car. The camper is very light, less than 800 lbs. The 5k BTU unit is placed in the center galley cabinet which includes a condensation collection pan and drain as well as a supplemental fan to keep the unit running cool. The galley lid is supported by 2 spring props. There is 110 AC power as well as s 12 volt accessory plug above the drawer. The rear galley is set up for plenty of storage with 3 doors and large counter for stove and cooking accessories. The camper is designed for campground 110 power as well as battery operated 12 volt DC system for for lights and accessories when AC power is not available. Any color under the rainbow is available if you go with this choice. The 2 campers in the photos were both painted with marine grade industrial enamel. Again, these are custom campers and built based on your choices. Ceiling can be either bright white or beaded panel. Interior is birch, and other hardwood accents. Some have also requested laminate and/or aluminum finish that match or compliment the roof. We can do any color you like on the side panels. The sides of the teardrop in the photos is marine grade enamel over cabinet grade plywood with exterior grade adhesives.

Body is 8' The roof skin is seamless aluminum that comes in several color choices including mill finish. The total length including tongue is 11'. It has a kitchen area in rear and a deck on the back and the tv flips around and hinges at the door so you can watch tv outside.
